Missing Box Empty

Hi to all, i got a problem when i got DC or logout from the game and when i come back to login, the box where you put your username and password is missing. So i have to wait for 10 to 20 mins to come back to game. Is there a problem or there something i mised to download like patch or anything, pls help thank you
